absolute shambles

I reached out or she reach out on here and via personal message to organise childcare. I arranged a meet first of all which got cancelled fair enough she had an emergency not a problem. I’ve then chased to set another meeting bearing in mind I’m having to take time off work to do this and get one arranged. I think go through the times and the periods - one she takes forever to get back to you so your left in limbo, 2nd nowhere does it say on your profile you don’t take term time only because if it did I wouldn’t have even entertained it so your advertising is inaccurate. She’s asked all around funding and then last min something else. Absolute time waster god knows what actually sending my child would involve. People have priorities they need to meet don’t waste peoples time

This isn't accurate or fair. When we first spoke, you did not mention you only needed term time care or that another childminder had already used your funding code, meaning I would have to work for 3 months without any wages. I have been slow replying whilst I've waited for the funding team to get back to me, it has been me calling around trying my best to sort it. I'm really sorry you feel like I have waisted your time and that you've had to take time of work to send WhatsApp messages, this was never my intentions.


This is no way a reflection of the care of the children in my setting, and think it's unfair to put this review here when you haven't seen my setting or received any care. The rude text would have been enough.
