My Requirements

Hello! We are a friendly, welcoming family of four looking for an experienced, reliable nanny to support us with our before and after-school childcare for our two daughters in Solihull.

Both parents work full-time, so we're looking for someone who can become a trusted and valued part of our family's weekly routine. We're hoping to find someone who is kind, organised, dependable and enjoys building positive relationships with children.

The minimum days required are:
Before school: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – helping with the morning routine before taking the children to school.
After school: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – collecting the children from school, supporting with their evening routine and serving dinner (which will already be prepared)

The above days are our minimum requirement, but if you're looking for additional hours or days/tasks, we'd be happy to discuss this with the right person.

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous nanny or childcare experience, ideally in a similar before and after-school role.
Is reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
Has a warm, caring approach and enjoys supporting children in their daily routines.
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence and has business-use car insurance, as school runs are an essential part of the role.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a consistent and valued part of our family, providing a calm, caring and dependable presence for our children.
