Full-Time Nanny – Start April (Long-Term Role)

We are a warm, welcoming English/Italian family based in London, looking for an experienced full-time nanny to join us from April. We are advertising early to allow time to find the right long-term fit.

The role is Monday to Friday, 7:45–18:00

The position is primarily focused on caring for our youngest child, Leone, who will be 4 months old at the start of the role. In addition, there will be some care for and collection of our two older boys from school/nursery, both just a 5-minute walk from our home.

The role will include:
• Full daytime care of our baby (feeding, naps, play, routines)
• School/nursery pick-ups for the older children
• Supporting the afternoon / early evening routine for the older boys
• Preparing meals primarily for the baby, and occasionally for the children when needed
(dinner for the older boys is usually handled by a parent)
• Bath time and getting the children ready for bed when required
• Light child-related housekeeping (children’s laundry, tidying toys, keeping the kitchen tidy after meals)

What we’re looking for:
• A nanny with solid experience caring for young babies
• Someone warm, calm, organised and proactive
• A long-term mindset — we are looking for stability and continuity
• Some flexibility from time to time (e.g. occasional later finish by agreement)
• Italian language skills would be a bonus, but are not essential

Practical details:
• Hours: 7:45am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Start date: April
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience
