About Me
Hi, my name is Nicola I’m 37 and have two young boys age 9 and 3 and i have been married to my husband glyn since 2021. I’m a newley registered childminder in the north anston area central to Sheffield, Rotherham and Worksop (s25)
Since leaving school I worked in care with the elderly and then adults with learning disabilities, I have always had a passion for caring for people, since having my own children I have been a stay at home mum caring for my family.
My hobbies include going out for food with friends, spa days, baking and cooking and doing makeup on myself and friends.
My Experience
I have experience in care work going back to when I left school back in 2006, I have spent my whole life being part of a big family of young children and since having my first child 9 years ago I have been a stay at home mum.

From the moment I visited Nicola was warm and welcoming.
I got a feeling Nicola’s setting would be caring, fun and a stimulating place for adventures and learning.
The activities are fantastic, you can see Nicola puts a lot of time and effort into catering for all ages and individuals interest from trips out playing and exploring the world around them, crafts the list is endless. One day is never the same.
My daughter settled in straight away and loves interacting with Nicola and her family.
This is something you don’t get from a nursery setting.
My daughter is very happy and content at drop off and pick up which is reassuring as a parent.
This is all thank you to Nicola for her exceptional attentiveness to the needs of my child while in her care.
