My Experience

I’ve always loved working with children and have experience in a range of settings, including a nursery and in hospital children’s wards, where I supported kids as a healthcare support worker and play coordinator. This has helped me feel confident caring for children of different ages and supporting them in both fun and more challenging situations.

I’m also a qualified social worker and have worked with children and young people throughout my training, so I understand how to support their needs, routines, and wellbeing.

On a personal level, I come from a big family and I’m the eldest sibling, as well as being a mum to three children myself. Being around children every day has given me lots of hands-on experience, patience, and a good understanding of how to keep children safe, happy, and engaged.

SVQ level 2 early education and childcare
SVQ level 3 in child health and social care
BA Hons social work degree
