About Me
Before 1992, I lived with my parents in Malaga, Spain where I learnt how to speak fluent Spanish and gain first-hand experience of the Spanish culture.
I have worked in school for 15+ years and understand the importance of structure, familiarity and safety for children – especially children who have suffered any kind of trauma in their life. The support I provide to Class teachers enables them to get on with the important things in the
classroom, I work as part of a team in the classroom and the role of the Classroom Assistant is equally important as that of the teacher in the eyes of a child or a parent. I can multi-task, have an excellent attendance record in my current role and I am punctual – I arrive early every day to assist with the classroom preparation.
I am a confident and articulate person who has professional speaking abilities and experience. I am able to combine patience, determination and persistence to help others. This is proven as regularly
understand and help solve problems. In my current line of work I am committed to achieving dynamic results, I am a problem solver and enjoy this aspect of my job.
I also spend a large amount of my time counselling, advising or listening to those who need it and to those who are unaware of their next step.
I have an amazing husband and 2 fantastic children. We enjoy spending time together travelling, going to concerts, cinema, entertaining and just spending time in each others company.
When I am not working I enjoy catching up on TV series, jigsaws, being creative around the house and reading.

I am a dedicated and experienced L3 Teaching Assistant in a Pre-Prep School with over 20 years’ experience of working with children in an educational setting. I am confident, reliable and punctual with an exceptional work record. I can work flexibly, have an excellent attendance record and can demonstrate commitment to my work. I have experience and knowledge of early years and KS1 and have also spent time working 1-1 with individual children with specific needs. In my last employment
