About Me
We’re a family based in Bentley Heath with two children, both boys, aged 4.5 and 2.5 (as of March 2026). Myself and my partner both work, I’m part time. We lack a support network/ “village” to help sometimes.
The boys are full of energy. Love movement, being outdoors, in soft plays. They build train tracks, marble runs, do puzzles. They adore water play. Anything sensory and changing. They definitely keep me on my toes!
My Requirements
I’m wanting to look into the option of a childminder or nanny who can provide support through the school holidays specifically. I understand that every family under the sun would be looking for this, so appreciate how this might not be a thing!
I’d like to know if anyone can offer this, as an individual or shared agreement with other families, particularly for preschool aged children.
I am only in the research stage at the moment but would love to know more about provisions, costs, similar arrangements you may of had in the past etc. it would be great to build a relationship with someone we could go to for holidays and breaks.

I am so grateful to have found Lisa for our youngest son, Elliott. He started staying with Lisa when he was 12 months and is now nearly 2. He has absolutely thrived, is always happy to walk through the door and say hello to the dogs and has even started counting to 10 and reading numbers! Lisa is warm, genuine, dedicated and loving, with the added bonus of educational background and experience! She utilises all forms of play, creative, art, manual, puzzle, outdoors, sensory, problem solving. We are updated daily and she is always there if you have a question or a worry. We are very lucky to have her and her partner Garry be a part of Elliott’s life at this stage.
