About Me

Hi, I'm Judi and have worked with children and teens for years in school, residential and home settings. I am married with two children, one grown up and one in college, and enjoy cooking, interior design and exploring our beautiful area.

My Experience

I have extensive experience of working with children from newborn to teenage; SEN and medical issues (modified diets including provision for coeliac disease, lactose intolerance etc; eczema & skin issues) ; children in care (LAC); cultural diversity (including EAL); tutoring for kids with dyslexia and other learning differences.

I have brought up my own two children, and am a back up foster carer.

My Qualifications

I have mainly learned on the job, having taught music to SEN teens, worked in primary schools (currently still), and mentored various ages. I am degree educated and currently training as a play therapist (will be qualified in 2027). I have an up-to-date DBS.

My Availability

My current availability is occasional childcare during term-time and school holidays. Sorry, no daytime available during term-time.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
  • Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

Generally £20/hr holiday daytime 7am-4pm and £25/hr evenings & weekends.
Full weekend/ overnight rates available on enquiry.
