Fantastic, lovely childminder

Our daughter has been looked after by Nicole for just over one year now and I am beyond grateful that we found her. When we first visited I was so impressed by the calm atmosphere in her home where the children can play and explore in a safe and comfortable environment. I was personally very anxious to leave my little one with someone new and Nicole answered all of my questions and covered the ones I hadn't thought of. In the day to day she is in regular contact with us about our daughter's activities and keeps us up to date with developmental progress, interests, experiences and skills. Nicole is responsive to our child's needs and proactive in finding tools and mechanisms to support her development, all while being considerate of our wishes. To put it mildly, she is the third parent we didn't know we needed! My child tells me at every pick up what a lovely day she had with Nicole and the other children and I love to hear about the varied activities, outings and experiences. And most importantly, I trust Nicole with my child.
