I suffer with POTS, I hardly go out as my hands shake most the time and I get very dizzy all the time I have my partner and family around me for help and support but I feel they do too much I have two children and looking for a child minder for my youngest who’s nearly 7 months old with my condition I’m unable to take him to baby groups soft play mix with other children etc and with my older having autism, the baby can’t have much floor time etc
