About Me
My name is Tarah and I’m 23 years old I work full time in a primary school and have experience with all year groups as well as SEN children. In my current position at work I am a 1.1 with an autistic child, I love and enjoy what I do and always motivated to help any child achieve their dreams and aspirations. I went to university and studied inclusive performance then found myself achieving a bachelors of arts degree! I would describe myself as fun, funny and patient also very bubbly as well as very outgoing and determined to do my best at all times. I have a good work ethic and I always go above and beyond expectations. I love being around people and I’m very family orientated. I’m looking for an after school time job and perhaps a weekend job for a few hours.
My Experience
I have assisted many children with different needs in shows at chickenshed Theatre for over five years. I currently work in a primary school and work in ks1 as a mentor with small groups and 1 to 1 with a child in the classroom. In my previous years working in school I have worked in early years too helping small children develop and learn. Furthermore I run the breakfast club in the school which the whole school can attend so I have experience in all ages from 3 years and above, encouraging them to come to school in a calm environment and have a hot meal. Additionally the most important aspect to me is making the children feel loved and happy. I’ve volunteered in a secondary school for a week for work experience and I’ve also attended a special-needs college/school for experience as well. I’ve volunteered in my local youth club and have done drama workshops with the children that attend there.

7am-3:30pm
Available for after school club pick ups and evening baby sitting
Not available for sleep ins!
