About Me

Hi everyone! I’m Cally,
I recently made the exciting transition from working as an Early Years Officer in local authority nurseries to becoming a nanny. I’ve always been passionate about supporting children’s development and creating nurturing, engaging environments where they can thrive, and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience into a more personal, home-based setting.
I’m also a proud mum to my 9-month-old son, who keeps me very busy and reminds me every day why I love working with children. Alongside him, I have a toy cockapoo who’s full of personality and very much part of the family!
I’m caring, organised, and enthusiastic about creating fun, safe, and stimulating experiences for little ones, and I’m excited about this new chapter in my childcare journey.

My Experience

I have 10 years child care experience and I currently work for Edinburgh council in a local nursery. I am an Early Years Practitioner and have an extensive amount of experience in working with children aged 2-5 years although have experience with baby’s and children up to 9 years old. I have lots of experience in supporting children with additional support needs, these include- autism, ADHD, global delay and challenging behaviour.

My Availability

I am available Monday to Thursday from approximately 8:30am until around 5:00pm.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
  • Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

My standard rate starts from £20 per hour and reflects my 10+ years of childcare experience, including supporting children with additional needs and working as an Early Years Officer.
Rates may vary depending on the number of children, responsibilities, and travel time. I’m happy to have a chat about your family’s needs to find a fair and flexible arrangement that works for everyone.
