My Summary
About Me
Hi, I’m Chelsea!
I’m a fun, caring and energetic nanny who loves making every day an adventure. I believe childhood should be filled with laughter, creativity and plenty of time outdoors, whether that’s exploring parks, splashing in puddles, swimming, or heading off on long walks. I’m definitely an outdoor girl, and summer is by far my favourite season!
I’m very family-oriented and love spending time with my stepdaughter. We enjoy exploring new places together and are very much “live in the moment” people, making the most of every little adventure.
Music is a huge part of my life. You’ll often find me singing along to our favourite songs (even if I don’t quite have the voice of an angel!), having dance parties in the kitchen, or introducing little ones to new songs and nursery rhymes. I also have a real passion for arts and crafts. The messier, the better! From painting and playdough to baking and sensory play, I love encouraging children to be creative, curious and confident.
I’m reliable, patient and nurturing, and I genuinely love watching children grow, learn and discover the world around them. My goal is to create a safe, loving and fun environment where children feel happy, supported and free to be themselves. I treat every child in my care with the same kindness, patience and respect I’d want for my own family.
If you’re looking for a nanny who brings energy, creativity, warmth and a genuine love for childcare, I’d love to become part of your family’s journey.
My Experience
I have 7 years of experience working in nursery settings, supporting children from 3 months old through to preschool age. During this time, I’ve been responsible for planning and delivering age appropriate activities that promote learning and development across the EYFS framework. I’ve supported children with a variety of needs, including those with additional or special educational needs, and have built strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. My role has involved everything from supporting feeding and sleep routines to encouraging social skills, early language, and emotional development. I am confident working independently or as part of a team, and I bring a calm, organised, and nurturing approach to every day. This experience has prepared me well for a nannying position, where I can offer more personalised care and attention within a home environment.
My Qualifications
I am fully qualified with a Level 3 Child Care, Early years Educator.
I also hold a valid paediatric first aid certificate.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 6pm

My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
I charge a higher rate for nannying as it involves a greater level of responsibility, planning, and commitment. As a nanny, I provide consistent, structured care that supports a child’s development through tailored activities, routine management, and close communication with parents. Babysitting, on the other hand, is usually a more casual, short-term service often in the evenings focused on supervision and ensuring children are safe and settled. Because of the different demands and expectations, my rates reflect the nature of each role appropriately.
