I will be going back to work very soon and looking at what my options are for childcare, I’d like to go back to work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts. My other half works Monday to Friday and is home by 1700, but we are both out of the house by 0630. So for a maximum of 4 days a week we need a babysitter for between 0630 and 1700.
