Asmae was able to help me out on very short notice recently. She took the time to come and meet my son the day before so that he'd feel comfortable with her the next day.
Great communication, on time and pro-actively wanted to help with other jobs around the house which was unexpected but I was grateful for. Asmae kept me up-to-date throughout the day and was very understanding of my son's needs.
I felt very comfortable leaving him with her and wouldn't hesitate to book Asmae again, or recommend her to others.

Asmae cancelled on me the night before due to personal reasons, which left me with no time to find alternative help.

I felt really sad about having to cancel, but some unavoidable personal reasons came up that I couldn’t control. I know this caused inconvenience, and I’ll do my best to be more reliable in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
