Hi, I’m Tabitha! I’m a Level 4 qualified Early Years Educator with over 10 years’ experience caring for children from birth to 11 years.
I’m a proactive, outdoors-loving nanny who believes childhood should be full of adventure, curiosity and fun. Rather than spending the day indoors, I love planning exciting days out—from beaches, woodland walks and parks to the zoo, aquarium, libraries, soft play, children’s groups and seasonal events.
Every day is tailored to your child’s interests while supporting their confidence, independence and development through play, conversation and real-life experiences.
My aim is simple: for your child to feel safe, loved, happy and excited every time we spend the day together.
My Experience
I have over a decade of professional childcare experience, including working as a Nursery Manager, SENCo, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), teacher and private nanny.
Throughout my career I’ve supported children from birth to 11 years, including those with additional needs, giving me confidence in adapting care to every child’s individual personality and stage of development.
As a nanny I take a very hands-on approach. I love creating engaging days that combine learning with adventure—whether that’s exploring nature, visiting local attractions, attending toddler groups, baking together, arts and crafts, messy play, reading, cooking or simply encouraging imaginative play.
I believe children learn best through meaningful experiences, not simply being entertained, and I work closely with parents to create routines that help children thrive both emotionally and developmentally.

A typical day might include:

My Availability
I am actively seeking a family from September.
I am available for full-time, part-time and ad-hoc childcare, as well as evening babysitting.
I’m happy to provide regular long-term nannying, school holiday care and one-off childcare where availability allows.
I drive and love taking children out to explore, so families looking for an active, engaging nanny would be a great fit.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
£18ph after 7.00pm for babysitting.
