I love being a big role model in a child's life. Being able to help people is a big thing for me and I feel such a great sense of achievement. Being present in their lives, watching them grow and being able to show them love and appreciation is a blessing. Since not every child may receive that.
My Experience
I have worked in several nurseries, getting experience will all type of kids starting from 4 months old. I've looked after family members and nannied 3 children that I adored. One was 10 months, one was 4 years old and one 7 years old. A few days a week for a few months, I picked them up from school, dished out their meals, took them to extracurricular activities, and did work with them. During Summer camps and lunchtime/PE sports, I arranged activities with them. I taught them how to do it, how they can develop and how to work together as a team.
