My Summary

My Experience

I have worked at The Gap Club, St George’s Weybridge for the past two years as a Childcare Worker. In this role, I support children aged 4 to 11 in both after-school and holiday clubs, including those with special educational needs. My main responsibilities include supervising play and creative activities, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing, and helping to create a fun, supportive environment where every child feels included. I also assist in planning and leading group games, art projects, and outdoor play, encouraging teamwork, confidence, and creativity.

For ten months, I also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Code Camp UK, delivering coding lessons to children in Years 3–6. My role involved guiding students through learning the basics of coding, helping them build their own games, and explaining new concepts in a simple, engaging way. This experience strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to manage small groups, keep children focused, and make learning both educational and fun.

My Qualifications

I am currently studying a levels of Art and design, History and English literature at Heathside school, with the grades of A*AA. I completed GCSEs with two grade 9s in History and Geography; five grade 8s and 2 grade 7s.
