I am hoping to start a job with the NHS. this will mean 12 hour shifts and some weekends. I am looking for childcare to suit that.
My daughter is lovely, energetic and LOVES bluey. She likes her routines, structure and can struggle with transitions.
She has separation anxiety, but is fairly easily distracted.
I will require some settling in sessions before any full time childcare starts.

this can consist of a nursery+a babysitter, or two childminders, any combination works for me.
