I am a fit and active outdoor loving Grandma. I work very part time and also love being with my Grandchildren.
My Experience
I have 2 grown up children and now have 2 Grandchildren who I babysit on a regular/weekly basis. I currently deliver leadership and management training and have previously worked in and managed a local authority respite resource for young people with complex needs, before taking on the role of inspecting care homes and agencies on behalf of the same local authority.
I have various Enhanced DBS’s relating to other voluntary posts; one of which covers children.
I have my own single and double buggy as well baby car seat and x2 from 9ths+.
I have a National Trust membership and an annual membership for Beale Park - both of which I make good use of with my Grandchildren as well as the many soft play options around Basingstoke.
My Qualifications
I have a diploma in Learning/Education.
Over the years I’ve completed manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, First aid, Epilepsy rescue medication administration, Food Hygiene, Makaton.
