My Requirements

Note:- We're using the government's Tax-Free Childcare scheme to help with childcare costs. This scheme requires our nanny to be either Ofsted-registered or willing to register with the Voluntary Childcare Register. This isn't unusual — many nannies do this — and it unlocks valuable support for our family. If you're not currently registered but open to it, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced, patient, and energetic nanny to join our family and care for our three wonderful children in Eastbourne.

We need someone to start on approximately 11/08/2026, for roughly 40 hours per week (8:30AM AM to 4:30 PM).

Meet our children:

Our 5-year-old boy: He is autistic and has global developmental delay. He also has mild mobility impairment therefore, we need someone with a gentle, patient approach who can understand his needs and help him thrive. He enjoys anything and everything to do with trains and transport.

Our 4-year-old boy: A bundle of energy who loves active and messy play. Loves outdoor playtime and bike riding.

Our 10-month-old baby girl: Our sweet littlest one, who is busy exploring the world.

What you will be doing:
Helping with the school runs (the school is within 15 minute walking distance), handling school drop-offs and pick-ups for the older children. Daytime care: Keeping our 10-month-old happy, fed, and on routine while the big kids are at school.

After-school fun: Managing the afternoon transition, helping with light snacks/meals, and keeping everyone engaged.

What we are looking for in you:

You have experience managing multiple children close in age. An understanding of different cultures and backgrounds will be appreciated. You have a background or strong understanding of autism and neurodivergent care.You hold a current DBS check and paediatric first aid certification.You are a non-smoker, reliable, and ideally a driver (please let us know if you have your own car).

Our home and setup:We live in the lower Willingdon area of Eastbourne.

I work from home as a nurse but I do have my own separate office setup within the home.
