Our son has been going to Louise's for almost a year and it's been a great experience for him and us. We know he feels safe there as he has always napped there since day one (and he's used to contact naps, so we didn't expect him to settle in so easily). Overall, he loves going and has plenty of fun, and personalised care, and Louise keeps us informed throughout the day with photos. She's been more accommodating than other local nurseries for the days we wanted our son to go (1 at first, 2 since January), and we're really grateful for it.
