Hello, I’m Ellie! I’m a responsible and bubbly 20-year-old university student with experience caring for children ages 6–17 months. I provide dependable support by following feeding, nap, and diaper routines while also engaging little ones with play, songs, and stories that encourage growth and joy. As a student, I bring flexibility, strong time management, and clear communication, ensuring parents feel confident and supported while their child is safe, happy, and well cared for.
My Experience
I have previous experience of looking after a 6 month old boy! A typical day would include feeding, washing and cleaning bottles, nap time as well as lots of play time/ going on strolls. I helped to do this for around 3 months!
I also helped to nanny for a 15 month old boy! This included full and half days, Monday-Thursday wherein I would help to settle him for his naps, feed him lunch and dinner as well as having fun in the playroom and going to the park! I started this in April 2024 until September 2024 before I went off to university!
My Qualifications
I have my A levels in English Literature, Philosophy Ethics and Buddhism, and Sociology. I am currently doing a Multimedia Journalism Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University!
In terms of childcare, I have no official qualifications yet I am happy to do so if needed!
My Availability
I am available Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays all day and Wednesdays afternoons! I will be around up until mid December then I will b back around mid January to Manchester!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
