About Me

Hello!
I'm Rachel ~ a creative, empathic, child-centred individual with a lifelong career within childcare sectors; specialising in supporting & optimising childhood mental health & emotional wellbeing.

I am a great lover of the outdoors, gardening, baking and enhancing creativity; all of which I like to weave into my time when caring for & nurturing children.
I am confident & knowledgeable in preparing & serving food to meet acute dietary requirements (I am a vegetarian, dairy-intolerant coeliac!) as well as highly respectful of all faiths, family formations and lifestyle choices.

I have vast experience in caring for children - from newborns to late teens - as well as holding children's meditation circles, one-to-one bedtime relaxation meditation sessions and delivering children's reflexology. (I am happy to share my relaxation & wellbeing activities whilst nannying / babysitting!)

I live in Newquay, Cornwall and will cover areas up to a 20-min radius.

Happy to care for multiple children and children with additional or complex needs, as well as for last-minute bookings!
