About Me
My name is Claire and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder who lives in a pet and smoke free home. I offer a welcoming, caring and home-based environment for the parents and children I care for. I hold an enhanced DBS Certificate and am trained in Paediatric First Aid. All my other certificates can be viewed upon request.
I have a fully enclosed garden with outdoor toys. The activities I do with the children include painting, water play, baking and sensory play. I also have jigsaws and books to help the children develop academically. I also like to go on nature walks and visit playgroups and parks.
Childminding is a very high priority to me. I treat all the children I care for the same way I treat my own children whom I love dearly.
My Experience
I am a mother of two boys. I was a Senior Nursery Nurse in a private nursery, I used to run my own after-school club and I used to also be a pre-school leader.
I have a great deal of experience of raising children, dealing with behaviour, healthy eating, developmental stages and the Early Year Foundation Stage Curriculum.
