My Experience
From the age of 16, I have tutored English, mathematics and Russian to children of different ages. Through tutoring, I developed a natural ability to communicate with children and adapt to each child’s personality, interests and learning style while remaining patient and encouraging. The families I worked with valued my approach and often trusted me to spend additional time caring for their children beyond our lessons. I have also regularly helped family friends and neighbours with nannying and babysitting. I have always found it easy to connect with children and create an environment in which they feel comfortable, supported and understood.
My Qualifications
I attended CLSG, one of London’s leading independent schools, and I am currently studying English Literature at UCL. I am taking a temporary year away from my studies and would like to use this time to work as a nanny. I speak fluent English, Russian and Kazakh, as well as conversational German. I am also a confident cook and would be happy to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children. My academic background makes me particularly well suited to roles combining childcare with reading, homework support and language practice.
My Availability
I currently have very flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings and weekends, and I am happy to discuss a schedule that best suits your family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
My standard rate is £20 per hour, although I am happy to discuss this depending on the hours, responsibilities and whether tutoring or homework support is required.
