Amazing, caring and flexible Nanny

I am delighted to recommend Andrea Castillo, who worked for our family from January
2025 to July 2026. During that time, she cared for our two daughters, one in preschool
and one aged seven, and she became an important and much-valued part of our family’s
daily life.
Andrea has been consistently reliable, flexible and trustworthy. She has looked after the
children’s day-to-day needs with great care and attention, including school and
preschool pick-up, supporting their daily routines, keeping our family spaces clean and
organised, helping with homework, organising activities and playdates and preparing
them for the day. Andrea is also bilingual, introducing Spanish to my girls who have taken
delight in singing songs and becoming familiar with a new language. I have felt great
comfort knowing they were always safe, happy and well cared for. She has also been very
adaptable whenever our schedule changed or our children were unwell, which we greatly
appreciated.
What has stood out most is the wonderful relationship she built with both girls. She is
truly adored by them, and it has been clear from the beginning how warm, kind and
nurturing she is. She has brought calm, energy and genuine affection to her role, and we
have always felt complete confidence in her care.
I would recommend Andrea without hesitation to any family seeking a kind, capable and
trustworthy nanny. We will all greatly miss Andrea and wish her the very best in securing
a new position with a family who will be incredibly lucky to find her.
