Millie has been an absolutely wonderful babysitter/nanny for us. She is reliable, kind, and attentive, always making sure the children feel safe, happy, and engaged. Millie has a natural way with kids, my girls warmed up to her quickly and genuinely enjoy spending time with her. She’s responsible, communicates clearly, and handled their routine with ease from the beginning, which gives us complete peace of mind when we’re away.
