My Experience

I am currently working full time as a learning support assistant in an independent specialist school, in September I am promoting to a new role as a speech and language therapist assistant.

My previous work includes,
Teaching assistant in mainstream schools working with children aged 2-15 years old for the last 5 years as well as babysitting and childminding on the side and in the school holidays.

I have experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, Speech and language needs, dyslexia, dyspraxia and anxiety.

I have a background in performing arts and entertainment, I am a very creative person and an animal lover having worked previously in a zoo / theme park and having many pets.
I love an adventure!

I really enjoy working with children and building positive relationships, I believe in positive reinforcement and always putting the child’s needs first.
