About Me

We have 3 little wildlings who love nature and using their imaginations. They are 4, 5, and almost 8 years old. We are a quirky neurodivergent family looking for a flexible, kind, nonjudgmental nanny willing to take initiative and leap into the chaos of our home.

Our oldest is 7 and home educated (no formal school). He is autistic and we’ll need to explain his profile. He’s wary of strangers, but once he likes a person he’s very chatty. He loves board games, Sonic the hedgehog, Star Wars, Minecraft, and Pokemon. His favorite academic subject is science of all types.

Our middle child will be 5 in February. She is very active and creative. She adores pretending role play, moving everything not bolted down around to random places, arts and crafts, and helping to cook. She also has dietary restrictions (dairy) that we’re happy to explain how we work around.

Our youngest just turned 4 in November (we have 2 4-year-olds until February) is super chilled and is fantastic at entertaining herself and quite tough in their rough play considering she’s tiny.

We need a nanny to do sole care on Wednesdays 7am to 6pm (often finishing earlier). And hopefully help us 2 half days on Thursday and Friday. We can offer up to 24 hours a week. The hours on Thursday and Friday are flexible so long as you can start at 7am. We’ll have to explain in person what we need. On the Wednesday we need the nanny to do regular nanny things. Feed kids 3 meals and 1-2 snacks, do activities or games with them, encourage them to tidy up after themselves, maybe take them on outings/classes when ready to brave it, and let them chill and relax as needed in the day. Nap don’t happen anymore, except rarely in the car. No need to worry about education. But we’d love someone who can share their own interests and passions with our children. They love learning through casual conversations and trying new things!

We need a nanny who is Ofsted Registered or willing to become so before we start. Hoping we can start in late February 2026.
