About Me
I am in my late 20s living in the Southside of Glasgow, and a Geography PhD researcher. I am intelligent, diligent, and patient and I bring an alert, enriching presence to childcare and tutoring work. By emphasising movement, play, and curiosity, I support children to develop their life skills and to learn about the world around them and about themselves.
My childcare practice is guided by the teachings of Magda Gerber, Mona Delahooke, and Janet Lansbury. I am respectful, consent-oriented, and I work to honour all children's autonomy and uniqueness. I am also neurodiversity aware and understand key concepts such as sensory sensitivity, declarative language, and stimming.
I am a member of the LGBT community and particularly welcome enquiries from LGBT parents and/or parents of LGBT children.

My Experience
I have over 3 years of experience working with children on a weekly basis, as well as regular overnight trips and babysitting. I coordinate a weekly children's group for 6 to 9 year olds, planning and leading activities including trips. I also help to organise a monthly group for under 5s, planning and supervising activities. in addition I run regular events for children of all ages, developing and supervising activities and arranging snacks and drinks. I babysit regularly and I also have acted as a safeguarding lead on overnight trips at hostels and campsites, during which I facilitate children's participation in food preparation, clean up, cooking, dishwashing, tent pitching, and bushcraft.

NANNYING: £12 per hour for 1 child, £13 per hour for 2 children, £14 per hour for 3 children
BABYSITTING: £10 per hour for 1 child, £11 per hour for 2 children, £12 per hour for 3 children, £13 per hour for 4 children
