About Me

Hello my name is Rachel. I am passionate and caring childcare professional that has experience within working in a nursery, a baby room, reception.
I love supporting children when they grow and develop, i enjoy helping them reach their milestones this is through fun, engaging, activities and through learning and play.
Alongside working in childcare i have done and also provided babysitting for friends and neighbours. This has given me that valuable experience with caring for children in their own environment.
I have got my level 1 and level 2 childcare and currently at the end of my level 3 childcare early years course. I have also completed my level 1 makaton training, also my level 1 autism awarness training.
This has helped me develop those skills and knowledge for children who has those range of needs.
I am friendly, patient and a reliable person that enjoys creating a safe, happy, nurtuting environment where the children can learn, build confidence and thrive.
When im not working i enjoy shopping, spending quality time with my family, and i enjoy going on walks with my dog. I believe having a caring and energetic personality can help builds those strong relationships with children and parents

My Experience


At the moment i work in a nursery where i support children from the age of 18 months all the way up to just over 4.
I have also had experience within recpetion in both of these times i support play, development and making sure the children is safe and happy.

My Qualifications

I have got my level 1 and level 2 childcare and just completed level 3 childcare. I got my level 1 makaton and also level 1 autism training
i have also got a DBS
got my GCSE maths and art
