Such a marvellous childminder!

We moved to Cambridge in the summer of 2024, when our daughter was 3.5 years old and our son was 1; Angela has been our main support system since, our “village”. The children immediately developed a positive attachment with her, they did regular activities and outings and their days always had something fun and dynamic planned. They often attend play groups and interact with more children, which I find important.
Angela is kind, caring, organised and extremely flexible. She has looked after our son for some extra hours when our daughter required surgery, she has also worked extra days when I started a new job and had to complete induction.
The children have just moved onto school and nursery, but Angela will keep babysitting for us and supporting us during some of the holidays and half terms and we look forward to seeing her often.
Her setting is fantastic, the children are clearly happy there and I totally recommend her!

Fabulous does not even cover it!

Heather has been our childminder since my daughter was 11 months old until she was 3.5 years old, having also looked after my son several times between the age of 6-12 months.
We moved in 2024 and my daughter still talks about Heather and the happy memories with all the Hedgehogs. Heather’s husband and daughters were often involved in care of the children and they developed positive attachments with them too.
Heather is kind, caring, organised, funny and very flexible, she was our main support system around the children, our “village” and has seen us through pretty much everything, including the night when our son was born and our daughter (then 2.5) stayed overnight with her. She also did regular babysitting for us and we could not recommend her more!
Her setting is fabulous, the children are clearly happy there and I have no doubt she would still be our childminder, had we stayed in Orpington. I particularly loved to get regular updates and pictures, plus the daily summary. We sorely miss you, Heather!
