My Experience

I bring a wealth of experience in childcare that spans various settings and roles. Most recently, I have been running Roots and Wings tiney home nursery as a registered childminder. I am now starting my next venture babysitting and I'm very excited. Prior to this, I was working in an early years setting within a reception classroom, where I have honed my skills in engaging young children in educational and playful activities. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into child development and the best practices for fostering a supportive and enriching environment.

In addition to my professional experience, I have frequently babysat for friends and family, which has allowed me to develop strong, trusting relationships with both children and their parents. - DBS Check: I have undergone a comprehensive DBS check, ensuring that I have no criminal record and am fully trustworthy to work with children.

- Safeguarding Training: My safeguarding training has equipped me with the knowledge to recognize and respond to any potential signs of abuse or neglect, ensuring that your child's welfare is always my top priority.

- Certificate of Higher Education in Primary Education Studies: I hold a Certificate of Higher Education in Primary Education Studies, which covers child development and education from early years through to 18 years old.
