My Summary

My Experience

Up until the summer of 2024. I had worked with the same family for 10 years. My role had hanged a few times over the course of my employment. Starting as a housekeeper, then nanny, and then nanny/housekeeper when the children started school. Throughout I was happy to adapt and accommodate to the changing needs of the family, which included house/cat sitting, and travelling with them on holiday.

As a nanny, my duties included one on one play, being out in nature with the children, making meals, attending toddler groups, creating fun arts and crafts projects, helping with homework, bath and bedtime routines. I have also done school drop off/pick ups and attended children's doctors appointments.
The housekeeping side of my duties have included, laundry, cleaning, tidying, gardening, cooking, running errands, grocery shopping, and taking care of pets.
Being given the opportunity to witness two beautiful children grow and see their little personalities develop really was a gift.

For the past year I have held a small posting for another family. My duties including the care their two wonderful children. A very energetic 2 year old boy, and his fun loving creative 5 year old sister when she returns from school and during school holidays. I also provide a few hours of housekeeping services for the family once a week.

I'm hoping to find a second position that will work alongside my current one.

My Qualifications

10 GCSEs, 3 A/S levels, and 2 A levels, including Art, and History.
As mentioned in the description of my experience as a nanny, I am currently looking into numerous childcare courses to enhance my knowledge and understanding.

My Availability

I like to be as accommodating as possible, and happy to work overtime, including weekend, if required.

My Fees

• Nannying from £16.50 per hour (gross)
