Illy made us feel totally at ease and comfortable and our 14 month old boy was drawn to her immediately.
For the 2 weeks she looked after him she was kind and gentle and ensured he had a fun activity filled day.
Communication was good and we loved getting videos and photos of him having fun at the library or in the park. At our house she played and sang to him and was remarkably adept at getting him through nappy changes which is a challenge at this age.
Requests and around meals and nap times were followed and she made a concerted effort to help him with his language and walking. Even over a short time we could see him progress faster.
