Scarlet cancelled on me after promising to show up on a day I had my driving test. I missed my test that I had waited 6 months for. Very dissappointed.

I did reach out the day before to let you know that I was unfortunately unwell and had been sick throughout the day and night prior which meant I was unable to attend as planned.I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the situation, as this was never my intention as I would never let a parent down, but this would’ve only led with a bug being spread. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, wishing you the best moving forward.
I interviewed Ayomide and we agreed on ways of working and expectations. She however cancelled her service with short notice and provided reasons that we had already discussed and agreed during our interview. I missed an important work meeting . Poor communicator. I would not recommend.
