Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m 20 years old and have a real passion for working with children. I currently work in the baby room at Holy Trinity Nursery during the week and previously worked at Moreton Hall Nursery for 3 years. I have been in childcare for the past 4 years, gaining valuable experience with young children from ages 0-4 and their development.
I’m a caring, reliable and patient person, and I always aim to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment for the children I look after. I’d be more than happy to provide references if needed.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, as well as getting creative with arts and crafts and baking—activities I love sharing with the children I look after too!
My Experience
I began my current role as a Baby Room Key Person at Holy Trinity in November 2025. In this position, I support young children’s development, create a safe and nurturing environment, and build strong relationships with both children and their families.
Previously, I worked at Moreton Hall, where I started as an apprentice and progressed to a Baby Room Key Person. I also gained experience working at Chirk Preschool Playgroup during the summer of 2023.
In addition, I completed multiple nursery placements while studying Health and Social Care in 2021 and 2022, which allowed me to develop practical childcare skills and confidence working with children of different ages.
Alongside my professional experience, I have provided regular babysitting for previous key children, as well as for friends and family. This has helped me build strong, trusting relationships and adapt to each child’s individual needs.

My Availability
I work term time only in a school 8:30 - 3:30 , weekends I don’t have any commitments, and during holidays I don’t have any commitments
