About Me

I am an Ofsted-registered childminder and a proud mum to three boys aged 9, 6 and 4. I have been childminding for the past three years, having chosen this career because it is incredibly rewarding and allows me to achieve a wonderful balance between work and family life with my own children.

I live with my husband and our three boys in a welcoming family home. We offer a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors, we have a garden with toys and games for the children to enjoy. I take great pride in providing a clean, safe and nurturing environment at all times.

Our home is ideally located within walking distance of local parks, the library and shops, giving us plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy outings in the community. I also have my own car, which allows us to enjoy days out further afield. We are all members of Hertfordshire Zoo, which we visit regularly and thoroughly enjoy.

I have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor toys and resources, and I carefully plan activities for each child on an individual basis, following their interests to support their learning and development while ensuring they are having fun. I am particularly passionate about sensory play, so we enjoy lots of messy and creative activities both inside and outside. In addition, I am a part-time baker, which means the children often join me in baking delicious treats and learning valuable skills along the way.
