Hi :)
My name is Amy, I'm 30 Years old and have recently moved from Bristol to Wells with my fiance Will.
I have worked in special needs education for a few years and whilst it has been an amazing experience where I have been able to build so many skills, it has also been incredibly challenging.
When the move came around I chose to step away from my role and take some time for myself.
For this reason, I am looking for something new where I can use my skills and hopefully help a family in need.
My Experience
I have experience working in nursery, care work and for the last 4 years I have worked with vulnerable children with complex needs.
I am a highly caring, kind and easygoing individual who finds reward in helping children learn and grow.
I have also grown up with lots of cousins and lived with my nephew until he was 4 years of age so good knowledge of how to care for babies and young children.
My Qualifications
Apprenticeship EYFS qualification - working with ages 2-3
(I did not get the overall certificate due to failing my functional skills maths at the time)
I have done courses online through working in schools.
