Hi, I’m Paige. A qualified, experienced doula offering night-time newborn care, twin support, and postnatal support across Norfolk.
If you’re looking for a night nanny, overnight support, newborn night help, or twin night care, you’re in the right place.
I provide everything you’d expect from a night nanny, plus the emotional support, feeding guidance, and newborn expertise of a doula.
My aim is simple: you sleep, while I safely and gently care for your baby — or babies.
Overnight Support Includes:
Settling and soothing your newborn (or twins)
Full night care so you can rest
Twin-specific support and coordination
Breastfeeding support (latch, positions, confidence)
Bottle-feeding support
Burping, winding & nappy changes
Keeping baby comfortable, calm, and settled
Helping your whole family feel more rested and confident
You wake up refreshed. I handle the rest.
Twin Support
I have experience supporting families with twins and absolutely love this work.
Twins can bring a unique rhythm to the night, and I’m confident, calm, and organised in supporting:
Synchronised feeding
Settling both babies safely and comfortably
Helping you establish a routine that works for two
Meeting each baby’s individual needs through the night
Families often tell me that overnight twin support is life-changing, and I’m here to give you that same breathing space.

My Experience
For the past seven years I’ve been immersed in the world of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood while raising my two daughters, and supporting many friends as they welcomed their own babies. This has given me extensive, hands-on experience with newborns, feeding, sleep, and the day-to-day realities of those early weeks.
Alongside this, I trained as a breastfeeding peer supporter and have been privileged to help many mums reach their feeding goals, offering calm, practical guidance and encouragement. Creating a nurturing, judgement-free environment for new families is something that comes naturally to me.
I’ve further strengthened my skills by completing the Developing Doulas Preparation Course, which has equipped me with professional knowledge, up-to-date evidence-based practice, and the confidence to support families through a wide range of early parenting needs: including newborn care, night support, feeding, recovery, and emotional wellbeing.
Combining my personal and professional experience means I understand both the realities and the emotions of early parenthood. I offer support that is warm, reliable, and tailored to your family’s unique circumstances. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby, caring for older children too, recovering from birth, or simply needing a reassuring extra pair of hands overnight.
I absolutely love supporting families in these early weeks, and I bring patience, empathy, and a grounded, confident presence to every home I work in.
My Qualifications
I bring a combination of personal experience and professional training to support families confidently and safely. My qualifications include:
Breastfeeding Mother Supporter – ABM (2019)
Doula Preparation Course – Developing Doulas (2024)
Hypnobirthing Facilitator Course – Birth Prep In a Box (2024)
Biomechanics for Birth – supporting safe birth practices (2025)
Ongoing CPD – continual professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based safety and newborn care practices
I combine this professional knowledge with my experience as a parent and postnatal support worker, giving families reassurance, expertise, and calm, tailored care through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks.

I offer flexible daytime and overnight support, tailored to your family’s needs. Including newborns, twins, and postnatal care.
