About Me
Hello, I’m Shemariah, a warm, reliable and creative nanny with 13 years of experience caring for children from infancy through early school age. I create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and encouraged to explore, learn and grow.

When babysitting on an ad hoc basis, I provide personal support to families and children in their own home environment, this includes interacting with children, and their older siblings. Supporting meal times, bath and bedtime routines, also organising the child’s room and keeping all areas used tidy.
With a full driving license and my own vehicle, I am able to travel easily.
I am family oriented and enjoy spending time with family and friends, arranging fun days out, travel and adventure and making memories. I am organised and enjoy cooking freshly prepared meals.
My Experience
I am currently a nanny for three children under 5, providing consistent, nurturing care in the family home. My daily responsibilities include:
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Planning age and stage appropriate activities
• Supporting early learning, creativity and sensory play
• Managing nursery runs
• Supporting personal care, hygiene routines and toilet training
• Maintaining sleep routines, including naps and bedtime
• Keeping children’s spaces tidy, organised and safe
• Communicating clearly with parents to ensure continuity
I also have experience supporting older siblings with homework, reading, early numeracy, organisation skills and confidence?building.
Before becoming a nanny, I worked as a childminder (2018–2024) and previously held key worker roles in nurseries and Montessori settings, giving me a strong foundation in early years development, behaviour guidance and child?centred learning.

- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
For babysitting, from £16 per hour.
