Father of one who works weekly shift patterns. Childminder would be required for various school runs/pickups in Stevenage and possible overnight stays due to my night shift patterns.
Shift pattern is currently:
Week 1 - Wed/Thu/Fri 7am-7pm
Week 2 - Mon/Tue/Wed 7pm-7am
Week 3 - Mon/Tue 7am-7pm & Thu/Fri 7pm-7am
My son is 4 years old, has GDD and a condition called Fox P1 Syndrome which relates very closely to various autistic traits. Happy to give more information about his needs/enjoyments if asked.
