My daughter Sabby started with Sam just after turning 1, around September 2024. My family had just moved to Milton Keynes that time and I was about to start a new job. So we looked at a few nurseries around the area, after seeing the setup we were not completely at ease with the idea of leaving our daughter in a big setting since she was so young. We were really looking for a place where we know our daughter will be safe and well cared for. Then we found Sam online, we spoke to her and visited her home, Sabby also did settling in sessions first. We felt like this was the perfect setup for our little one , we love the homey feel and the cleanliness of Sam's home. She was also very warm and helped Sabby adjust well.
Sam also is very easy to talk to and flexible when it comes to times and schedules. We really felt like she wanted to help us and other parents find a balance between our schedules. My husband and I have asked Sam a few times to make adjustments and she tries her best to accomodate requests. We were happy and blessed to have found her it means a lot for us to have a safe place for Sabby where she is also loved and well cared for.
