Hey! I'm Emma, I live in london and have been working as a project manager for the last 4 years. I am available for Nanny jobs / Baby sitting / Childcare day and evenings. I have open availability and a DBS check.
My hobbies include Festivals, Music, Reading, Craft & Design, Galleries and Walks. I've always loved working with young people and children coming from a big family who work in education.
I'm based in Shepherds Bush and am currently finalising whether I am staying local or moving else where in London so I can’t commit to anything in the new year yet.
For now I am available in West London /a little further a field at the moment. I also have a shared car and a full driver's licence but I mainly walk, bus and tube.
My Experience
I have been looking after my 2 younger half sisters since newborns, now 10 and 12 years old. I've lived with them on and off and been responsible for daycare and night care so I'm confident with full daycare routines. They both have neurodiversities and i’m very comfortable working with SEN children.
I have had work experience in primary school whilst I was at college and I have also had babysitting experience over my school years. I also come from a family of 9 younger cousins so I have really grown up around children!
I have regularly helped my sisters with practical activities e.g. jewellery making, crafts, painting, hair braiding as well as tutoring and helping with homework. My family work in Education and I'm confident with the current curriculum and am always happy to help with homework and projects!
My Qualifications
I have a first-class 1:1 degree in Journalism and 3 A-levels including English Literature & Language grade C and 9 GCSE's A*-C including Maths and English. I'm also proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft.
