About Me
I am very family oriented and I live with my mother and younger brother with my daughter in a house. We are 7 siblings and enjoy each others company when ever we get together as a family. I am currently on maternity leave and work as a receptionist/admin role in the NHS. I have worked in the education section for 12 years and now in the health sector for 5 years. I have been a main school teacher for secondary school history lessons and lead primary school teacher during my years working in education. I love children and creating new ways of playing and socializing with them in my own way. I have taken part in caring for all 10 of my niece and nephews, which are my best moments and memories. I do enjoy my own company as well being creative with my art and crafts. i also like sharing this hobby with my nibbling's to making it fun and exiting being creative. I like to be organized and have a clean room which keeps my mind clear and fresh for the day.
My Requirements
I need someone part-time for when i join work again in the new year after finishing my maternity leave. I have yet to decide what hours I may do when i return to work but mostly likely late afternoon shifts i would need a career for my daughter.

My daughter has been cared for by Jahanara for over 5 months. She has never been comfortable with other childminders, yet with Jahanara she settled in within just two days. Jahanara is dedicated, patient, and nurturing, and she has been very understanding of different circumstances, offering extra help whenever needed. Her meals are well prepared, and I am often pleasantly surprised at how my daughter tries and enjoys new foods in her care.
Since being in Jahanara’s care, my daughter’s vocabulary and communication skills have improved greatly. She is learning new words every day, becoming more confident in expressing herself, and I can clearly see the positive impact of the one-to-one care and attention Jahanara provides. Jahanara always does her best to support her development and gives one-to-one care to the best of her ability, making my daughter feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.
Jahanara keeps me updated throughout the day with text messages, development updates, and information about meals, which greatly reduces my stress and allows me to focus at work. My daughter has learned so many things and has made wonderful memories in Jahanara’s care. She provides a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where children feel supported and encouraged. She promotes learning through play, adapts activities to each child’s individual needs, and communicates very well with parents. I feel confident that my daughter is thriving under her care.
