About Me
Reliable childcare needed from 27th April for my daughter Skye (2, turning 3 in May). She’s a happy, joyful little girl who loves music and is currently potty training.
She attends nursery 1 day a week and would need a childminder for 3–4 days. I use the 30 funded hours and would pay for any additional/out of hours care.
I work as a Retail Manager at M&S, so my rota varies and is given 4 weeks in advance. Some shifts may start at 6am or finish at 8:30pm, so flexibility would be ideal.

She shares updates regularly, celebrates milestones, and tailors activities that encourage curiosity and independence. It’s clear that she really understands Skye’s personality and supports her learning through play in such a natural, loving way.
Skye has formed a wonderful bond with Gladys and always looks forward to spending time there. The facilities are excellent clean, well-organised, and filled with creative and educational resources that make each day fun and enriching.
Since joining, I’ve seen Skye thrive emotionally and socially, growing in confidence and happiness every week. I couldn’t ask for a better childminder Gladys provides exceptional care and has truly become part of our extended family.
