Hello parents! Are you looking for a reliable, caring, and nurturing "home-from-home" environment for your little ones?
I am an established Ofsted-registered childminder with nearly 2 years of experience, located in Hampton (near Apex Corner). I live with my three wonderful teenagers (ages 14, 16, and 17) and our pets (3 cats and 2 corn snakes). Our home is a warm, vibrant, and welcoming space where children can feel safe, happy, and part of the family.

Perfect for commuting parents, we are ideally situated with fantastic travel connections:
Road & Bus: Close to Apex Corner with great links to Heathrow, Twickenham, Richmond, and Kingston, as well as easy access to the M3, M25, and A316.
Rail: A 25-minute walk to both Fulwell and Hampton stations (trains to London Waterloo and Shepperton every 30 minutes, with fast services running during peak morning and evening rush hours).

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

My Experience
While recently registered, I bring a lifetime of hands-on childcare experience. From regular babysitting in my youth to raising my own three children—including managing the beautiful chaos of having three under five at once—I understand exactly what it takes to provide a safe, structured, and deeply nurturing environment.
My Qualifications
Fully qualified Childcare Professional specializing in early years development and safety. Certified in Pediatric First Aid, KRSCP Level 3 Safeguarding, EYFS frameworks, and hold a TQUK Level 2 in Caring for Children and Young People.
My Availability
I currently mind one preschooler so I’m not tied to a specific school at the moment for drop off and pick up. The nearest schools are Buckingham, Carlisle, Hampton Infants and Hampton Hill Juniors, all within 10 - 20 minutes walking distance.
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Ad-Hoc, Subject to availability - £10 p/h

Colette has been looking after my son for the past year, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better childminder. From the very first meeting, I felt completely at ease – she and her lovely family welcomed us with such warmth, and my son settled in so quickly. It was a huge relief after a difficult experience with a nursery.
My son absolutely adores going to “Lette Lette’s” house – he shouts with excitement when he realises where he’s going! He loves spending time with her three children and always comes home full of stories about his day. Whether he’s been to the park, a playgroup, or done sensory play, he always has a great time.
Colette keeps me updated every day with a report of his meals, nappy changes, and lovely photos of their adventures. It’s clear how much care and thought she puts into every day with the children. As a first-time mum, her support and advice around toddler behaviour has been invaluable – she’s not just a childminder but a truly caring presence in both our lives.
I honestly cannot recommend Colette enough – she’s loving, supportive, and absolutely amazing with children.
