Caring and reliable

Olivia looked after my 2yrs old son for a year. She was always punctual and had excellent communication skills. My son loved having her around because she is so funny and caring. She was incredibly reliable and easy to reach whenever we needed to contact her. She constantly encouraged our child to read, paint, play outside, sing, and dance, which made us so happy and showed us how truly wonderful she is at her job. Thank you, Olivia—we miss you!"
