About Me
Hi I'm Lizzie. My husband Peter and I work remotely for an American company, so school pick up is in the middle of our working day. We could do with another adult in the mix, to relieve some of the tensions. I have 2 children Olivia 11 and Sam 8. We have a German shepherd called Dutch, who is usually pretty happy to sleep in my office whilst I'm working so shouldn't get in your way.
I'm not sure how much you need to know about me, so let me tell you about Olivia and Sam. Olivia is very creative, a collector of people and things. I don't think she has ever disliked anything in her whole life. She loves to read but isn't always great at remembering to do the necessary mundane things.
Sam says what he thinks but doesn't always, think about what he is saying. He is funny and charming. He likes lego, Pokemon cards, movement of any sort.
They are kind and fun and I'm really proud of the people they are becoming.
My Requirements
£15 per hour approximately 12 hours per week, we also pay some form of mileage contribution but this needs to be agreed. Happy to discuss expenses and whether they will be necessary. I need help on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
The key thing for me is that you are comfortable with the drive to my children's school. Stonar School, Atworth. The journey is on dark country roads that occasionally flood, this should be considered before applying to the role as it is key that you feel comfortable collecting them at 5pm, the conditions can be pretty bleak.
I'm happy to precook dinner if you can give it to them or keep out of the way if you would rather do the cooking, we can discuss what might work best there.
I need someone to pick the kids up at 5pm from their clubs at school, feed them, entertain them, until bedtime at 8.30pm. My husband and I will be here but in our respective offices. If you have any questions or need clarity on anything please let me know.
